Of course. As already shared, we're always looking for ways to expand our business and attract new clients. We felt that we could benefit from an external advisory company to challenge us and help us improve our marketing, content, and sales operations. We engaged CoMantis for 40 hours of marketing and sales advisory that include in-depth business diagnostics using their methodology. We were already thrilled with the initial 20 hours of work.

On one hand, within 20 hours of sharply focused advisory, their consultant was able to improve our value propositions, identify the key repeatable areas to use forward in our marketing and sales campaigns, align the content we create with the updated value propositions and our ideal customer profile, and give hands-on, practical hints on how to improve concrete areas in our marketing, sales, legal and strategy. On the other hand, they exposed us to their professional network to give us connections, providing direct introductions to organizations that would be a good fit for our services.

Sounds like a lot of value for 20 hours. How was the work structured?
