We have cultivated a niche within the public sector, working with government agencies, councils, and universities, which collectively account for a substantial portion of our revenue. Alemba also has a strong footprint in the financial sector and utilities. While we maintain a strong presence in traditional markets like the UK, Australia, New Zealand and North America, we are also expanding into new territories for a greater business impact.
Your product has been recognised for its maturity and reliability, but there is strong competition. How is Alemba addressing this matter?
Indeed, Alemba Service Manager has earned accolades for its robustness and security. We are positioned in the top 3 ITSM solutions worldwide according to the prestigious certification provider Pink Elephant. On the other hand, we recognise there are a lot of competitors in the market. Our unique value proposition is that Alemba provides the most advanced, out-of-the-box, service management solution for enterprise customers, on cloud and on premise. Currently we are also working on a significant overhaul of the platform's UX/UI design and introducing powerful artificial intelligence (AI) features, set to be released first half of 2025. The roadmap we are working on is based exclusively on valuable feedback from our clients. In terms of competition, while ServiceNow is a formidable rival, our platform offers a unique blend of cost efficiency and process maturity, which appeals to many organisations seeking alternatives.
Innovation is crucial in maintaining a competitive edge. How does Alemba keep pace with the evolving technology trends in ITSM?

As already mentioned, we are investing in enhanced UX/UI of the platform and AI-driven features. These investments reflect our ambition to remain at the forefront of ITSM solutions.
